Aging can bring meaningful opportunities for reflection, growth, and wisdom, while also raising questions that can be difficult to navigate. You may be adjusting to changes in your health, work, relationships, finances, independence, or sense of identity. You may be thinking more deeply about mortality, loss, purpose, or what you want the next chapter of your life to look like. Therapy can offer a space to explore these questions openly, make room for both uncertainty and possibility, and reflect on the experiences that have shaped who you are.

I work with older adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, changing relationships, financial or retirement-related stress, questions of mortality, and the process of making meaning from a life lived. I also value the wisdom and perspective that come with experience and believe therapy does not need to be about “fixing” who you are, but about creating space to understand where you are now and what matters to you moving forward. Together, we can explore questions of purpose, legacy, and how you want to engage with this stage of life with greater clarity.
