Self. Relationship. Meaning.

Psychotherapy for TEENS, adults, and couples.

Do you find yourself feeling stuck in patterns that you understand but can’t seem to change?

Are you navigating a difficult transition, relationship challenge, or experience and wishing you had a space to make sense of it all?

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and better understand the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I work with teens, adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, relationship challenges, and questions about meaning and purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, I offer a space where you can explore what’s happening with curiosity and without judgment.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change takes both emotional depth and practical support. In our work together, we can move at a pace that feels supportive while making room for the parts of your experience that may be difficult to name or understand. Above all, I believe therapy should be a deeply human process: one that helps you feel more connected to yourself, to the people who matter to you, and to the life you want to build.
